To do a proper push up you need to start with a proper hand plank which is ur abs tight whole body should be a straight line when you go down keep your body straight parallel to the floor only bend your arms.
To do a proper bird dog butt lifting only thing you have to remember is pull the navel to your spine, and when you lift up your leg your core/torso should be parallel to the floor and your should be able to lift up your opposite arm but not falling.
To do a proper bicycle crunch when you twist your shoulder blades should be off the ground (not just twist your shoulder and your head) and tailbone should be touch the ground the whole time.
